With over 50 years of combined management experience in the real estate industry, Maxsell can offer a range of services for residential, commercial and land properties. Understanding the entire local market, how housing impacts industry, and how land values determine home pricing allows Maxsell Real Estate to advise and counsel our clients at a level most agents never consider. We pride ourselves on staying in touch with local politics, new developments, specific neighborhood analysis, new real estate tools, and interpreting buyer and seller behavior patterns. As co-host of the first southeastern real estate technology conference (REtechSouth), Maxsell continues to be industry leaders in marketing innovation.

Maxsell has hosted buyer seminars, advised developers on project locations, and determined product type for builders. We are performance motivated and pride ourselves on work ethic. If meeting a buyer at 7:00 a.m. on the weekend is the only time they can walk the property, then we show up at 6:30 a.m. We also understand the key to successful relationships is communication.
