The same goes for townhouses. The problem with condo's is there are so many that people want the latest and greatest not your unit that is now part of a 3 or 5 year old development. Remember when you want to buy that first house that selling that condo or if you can't sell it carrying it every month can put a major crimp in your house buying plans.
