Lisa Murad serves on the Maxsell team representing Tenants and Owners in the leasing and sales of office and retail properties throughout NW Metro Atlanta.
Lisa’s extensive leasing experience began in Downtown Atlanta where she represented owner occupied Class A high rise office space for Richard Bowers & Company as Leasing Administrator and Marketing Director to the Executive Vice President from 2002 through 2006 for 260 & 270 Peachtree. She and the executive leasing team successfully brought 260 Peachtree, a newly renovated 27 story Class A office building from 4% to 95% occupancy. Between the two properties the leasing team attracted a strong tenant mix including Schulten, Ward & Turner, Decker Hallman Barber & Briggs, Atlanta Magazine, Liz Claiborne, CoreNet Global and Habitat for Humanity International among many others.
While representing 260 and 270 Peachtree, Lisa also worked closely with the Downtown Office Coalition of Central Atlanta Progress helping to promote the benefits of locating and doing business in Downtown Atlanta.
