Here is a map showing average listing price for Cherokee County ZIP codes, week ending Jan 31. It’s interesting to see that the Ball Ground region has the highest average List Price (could this be the Hawk’s Ridge effect?). If you click the “Trulia Popularity” link below the map, you notice that Woodstock, Holly Springs and Canton still attract the most inquiries.
