County Reviews Comprehensive Plan

County to Consider Tree Ordinance
At its Oct. 16 meeting, the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of a proposed tree ordinance, but it’s unlikely the entire ordinance will be adopted at that time.
Woodstock to Revise Hwy 92 Overlay Ordinance
In response to comments and concerns raised by the Atlanta Regional Commission, the city of Woodstock is beginning the process of rewriting its Hwy 92 Overlay Ordinance. The revised ordinance should be presented to the city council in early 2008.
