Maxsell.net allows you to search all MLS listings, not just our own. We allow you to do advanced searches without forced registration. The only time you will have to give an email address is when you choose to save your search results. Saving a search will allow for automatic email updates every day that a new listing comes on the market and meets your search criteria – be the first to know about a hot new listing!
It only takes 3 simple steps to setup your custom property search:
1. Go to Maxsell.net and select ‘search’ and enter your search criteria and select ‘Submit Search’
2. Select ‘Save This Search’ at the top of the property list
3. Enter your information and select ‘Sign-Up’
You now have a custom property search saved at Maxsell.net that you can access anytime, anywhere. You will also be emailed every time a new listing comes on the market that meets your search criteria. You are also able to modify the search criteria and your leisure.
Remember, you only have to enter personal information if you wish to save your search and receive automatic updates. We promise to never send spam or annoy you with constant sales calls. The sign-up process is there to allow you the ultimate in property search features.
