From retail to light industrial to office condos and mixed-use projects, Kennesaw is trying to jumpstart redevelopment all over town. Kennesaw should also expect a lot of infill development as builders try to capitalize on the gorwing demographics of Knnesaw State University.

* Jiles Road retail and light industrial project, $30 million, 400,000 square feet of distribution facilities, 4 acres of retail
* The Windsor Avenue on U.S. 41, 15,000 square feet
* Whispering Lake, about $15 million
* 28-unit townhome development in historic district, $9 million
* Mixed-use downtown development, $40 million to $50 million
* Office condos at U.S. 41 and Pine Mountain Road, 150,000 square feet, $15 million to $20 million
