I don't know anything about MyNextDeal.com, but posters to any listing service should check out their terms carefully. Our California Association of Realtors has just published an article describing various real estate sites that may take licensing rights from your listing and actually allow another broker to claim it as their listing! It's a pretty cool service for increasing exposure.
