Maxsell Real Estate Achieves New Accolades & The 23 Enigma

At Maxsell Real Estate we have 26 licensed agents (and two of those work primarily as management staff , but we’re going to count them in our numbers anyway). For 2008, we had 6 agents make the Top Achiever’s Club (in a down a market). 23% of our agents are Top Achievers. The 23% is better than any other single company in the Cherokee Association of Realtors, except for RE/Max Town and Country. Our little company (actually is not so little anymore as we have more agents than Coldwell Banker of Woodstock) out-performed both Keller Williams’ locations in Cherokee, both Prudential locations, crushed Harry Norman and Metro Brokers percentages, and had the same amount of award winners as ERA Sunrise (who has 20 more agents than we do).

NAR has a Social Media Manager does your Company/Organization?

Making NAR ‘open, authentic, honest, and constantly in touch’ is a huge task for Todd, but possible because of the new media tools available today. Conversations are the new currency for our culture, especially our web based cultures. People are tired of presentations and yearn for more personal conversations as they seek transparency and authenticity in their relationships. This includes relationships with friends, family and even businesses and marketers. Maybe it started with Enron, maybe it’s the Irag War, maybe it’s the collapse of our economy – maybe it’s all of the above. Whatever the reason(s), people want the real truth, real connections, and real communication.
