Trulia Real Estate Search added 10 more states today and Georgia is inlcuded on the list. It will be interesting to see first-hand the affects Trulia will have on our local market. New technologies, like Trulia and Zillow, always arrive in Georgia after much debate from the West Coast. I am excited to see the impact first-hand on the buying and selling process.

Will Trulia change the way real estate business is conducted locally?
Their motto is simple, yet effective: “We search thousands of real estate
sites, so you don’t have to.” If you are not familiar with Trulia, then I encourage you to browse the site and play around with tools like the local real estate quides and the visually appealing property search.
