Commercial is its own world and for a Realtor who specializes in Single Family Homes, condos and the like...it would not be in the client's best interest to represent them for Commercial property. This is a specialization and even more specialized within itself. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Good information for the consumer interested in knowing the workings of a Realtor and someone specializing in Commercial.</description>
