I’ve been a huge fan of Dustin Luther’s work in the real estate blogosphere ever since he started Rain City Guide. However, his latest idea to feature a weekly virtual real estate roundtable is phenomenal. Tonight he hosted a great conversation about the Value of Home Values created by websites. It’s a topic I’ve been researching lately as more and more real estate search providers are offering the Home Valuation tool, including Realtor.com.
You can listen to David Gibbons from Zillow and Joseph Ferrera of Sellsius talk with Dustin and Kevin Tomlinson (among others) about Zestimates and the issue of computer generated home values: (it’s long, but a good discussion)
The TalkShoe tool seems to work great. Could this be the future of all real estate roundtables?
