Yankee Blog Swap with Gena Riede guest writing

Just as Cherokee County is growing leaps and bounds from a population of 141,903 to an explosive growth of 184,211, so too is the internet with many different facets available to the consumer. As Brad stated in his recent article, “it is imperative that we have the right people to lead Cherokee County into the future. In order to accomplish this successfully, our leaders need to make the infrastructure a priority.” The infrastructure is the foundation of a community. As this applies to Cherokee County it also applies in Real Estate. As a Broker, Brad must make sure that his infrastructure is in place before he can successfully help you, the consumer. And that he has!

Technology and the internet are ever-changing within their own infrastructure with the onset of Web 2.0 information is at each of our fingertips. It is the encyclopedia of the internet known as Wikipedia . Brad adapts new innovative ways of processing information, and challenges his readers to become acquainted with area news such as the upcoming Dec. 27 vote on the 12,000 West Cherokee development, upcoming events such as the Cherokee County BOC Meeting and market trends around the 1-575 corridor of Cobb, Cherokee, Pickens, and Gilmer Counties.

Blogs such as this bring awareness to the consumer and give the opportunity to bring dialogue into homes and communities. It is within these blogs and surrounding page areas that the reader finds the infrastructure of Brad’s business which is to help his community. It is essential that we as a community come together, to voice our needs and concerns in order to help bring about any change that we feel would enhance our current challenges. You have challenges with a rapidly growing area, with a population explosion and how that relates to the traffic congestion that will occur. Growth is a good thing but needs to be done with great thought and planning.

By blogging Brad is able to keep you up-to-date and give you a no-nonsense approach to your communities in internet time (record time). Not a bad thing!

It was a pleasure and honor to be given an opportunity to write on Atlanta 575 Real Estate Blog and be part of a group of experts involved in the Real Estate Swap on the Yankee Blog.
